YOU'VE THOUGHT ABOUT IT. NOW LET'S DO THE WORK.
Maybe you've already started.
You've read the self-improvement books. Listened to the podcasts. Thought about the things you'd like to change.
Maybe you've even had a few aha! moments.
But then life happens.
The book goes back on the shelf. The notebook gets closed. And knowing what you could do doesn't necessarily translate into actually doing it.
Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. Maybe you've spent so much time meeting expectations and taking care of responsibilities that you're no longer sure what you want.
Or maybe you can feel a desire for something more—but you haven't been able to name it yet.
Becoming You is your opportunity to stop thinking about the work and actually do it.
THIS ISN'T A SIT-AND-LISTEN WORKSHOP.
You're not coming to spend six hours listening to someone tell you how to live your life.
You're coming to work on your life.
Throughout the day, I'll introduce practical tools and ideas—and then you'll put them to work.
You'll think. Write. Talk. Question some things. Laugh. Move. Connect. And probably discover a few things about yourself along the way.
You'll have your own Becoming You workbook to work through during the day, along with whole-group conversations and opportunities to learn from the women around you.
The goal isn't for you to leave simply feeling motivated.
The goal is for you to leave clear about what you want—and with a path to begin creating it.
WHAT WILL WE WORK ON?
WHO ARE YOU—WITHOUT THE LABELS?
Most of us answer “Who are you?” with our labels: wife, mother, daughter, professional, caregiver, volunteer...
But who are you underneath all of those roles?
We'll begin there—and come back to that question at the end of our day.
WHAT MATTERS TO YOU?
We'll explore your values, beliefs and boundaries—including how your experiences and circumstances have shaped what you believe about yourself and your life.
WHAT ARE YOU TELLING YOURSELF?
Your thoughts influence how you feel, the choices you make and the actions you take. We'll look at thought patterns that may be helping you—and some that may be keeping you stuck.
WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT?
Through a guided visual journey, you'll give yourself permission to explore what you want—not what you should want, what someone else expects, or what seems practical before you've even allowed yourself to imagine.
WHAT GIVES YOUR LIFE MEANING?
We'll explore purpose and Ikigai and look at where your interests, strengths, contribution and meaning intersect.
HOW DO YOU CREATE MORE HAPPINESS?
Happiness isn't something we stumble upon when everything finally goes right.
We'll explore evidence-informed practices you can intentionally build into your life to support greater happiness, connection, meaning and well-being.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LEAVE?
This is where insight becomes action.
You'll create a 90-day plan to begin moving toward what you've identified during the day.
Because figuring out what you want is only the beginning.
THIS DAY IS FOR YOU IF...
You feel like you're living on autopilot.
You've spent years taking care of everyone and everything else and haven't spent much time thinking about yourself.
You feel overwhelmed, disconnected or unfulfilled—and may not even know exactly why.
You know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start.
You know exactly what you want to change but haven't been able to make yourself do it.
You've done some self-development work but need the structure, tools and extra push to actually apply what you've learned.
Or maybe things are pretty good—and you're simply ready to become more intentional about what you want from the next chapter.
You don't have to be falling apart to decide you want something more.
What will we actually do?
I wouldn't give away your entire curriculum here. I'd give them enough to understand the substance:
GET CLEAR
Explore who you are today—your values, strengths, beliefs, priorities and what matters most.
LOOK AT YOUR LIFE
Take an honest look at what's working, what isn't, where your energy is going, and what you want more of.
DEFINE WHAT'S NEXT
Move beyond “I should...” and “someday...” to identify what you genuinely want.
BUILD HAPPINESS ON PURPOSE
Learn practical, evidence-informed ways to create more well-being, connection, meaning and fulfillment in everyday life.
CREATE YOUR WAY FORWARD
Turn what you've discovered into realistic priorities and actions you can take after you leave.
COME COMFORTABLE.
And I mean that literally.
This isn't a dress-to-impress kind of day.
We'll be sitting, writing, talking and moving around. We'll stretch. There may be music. There might even be a little dancing.
Wear something comfortable and bring something to write with, along with anything that helps you feel comfortable throughout the day—a sweater, water bottle, etc.
Bring your curiosity. Bring your sense of humor. And come ready to do the work.
WHAT YOUR DAY INCLUDES
Coffee & pastries when the doors open at 9:30 AM
A full Becoming You workbook and practical tools
Interactive workshop from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Lunch
At lunch, we'll keep the conversation going with question cards designed to help us get beyond small talk and connect with the women sharing the day with us.
Closing celebration
We'll bring the day full circle, connect, and raise a glass of something bubbly to ourselves for showing up and what comes next.

A NOTE FROM REMI
I created Becoming You after hearing many of the same things from the women I work with.
We're all different, but so many of us share similar struggles.
Our childhoods, relationships and circumstances help shape how we see ourselves and how we approach life. Sometimes the beliefs and patterns we carry forward serve us.
And sometimes they aren't helpful—or even true.
Many of us eventually realize we're living the life we've been expected to live without ever stopping to ask ourselves what we actually want.
I've asked women a seemingly simple question:
“Who are you?”
And most of us answer with labels. I'm a wife. A mother. A professional. A daughter. A caregiver. Take away the labels and the question becomes much harder.
Then I ask:
“What do you want from your life?”
That one can be even harder.
My mission is to help women reconnect with themselves—sometimes for the first time. To recognize their strengths, purpose and worth. To give themselves permission to decide what they want and empower themselves to take the steps toward a happier, more fulfilling life.
That's why I created Becoming You.
Not to tell you who you should become.
But to help you discover more of who you already are—and decide where she goes next.
